Day 2 - oooooh guimaras!!

      We’re supposed to meet 9am sa Atrium… of course … it is given that you should go to the meeting place an hour late … We went there 10am … We left after another hour… I was out of air when I saw Morris!! He’s like a greek god in red walking in McDonald’s gates! Echos!! Made me regret of not brushing my teeth before going there (si kharee amo man nyahahaha!!! Chareng!!

 

 

 

      We bought a few snacks and went to the “PANTALAN” .. ghad.. I sooo miss saying that word… again.. “PANTALAN” … It’s just the five of us, which is really perfect for me! It was drizzling and we were threatened by the dark skies when we reached Jordan. Having fun might be hopeless, but we were definitely proven wrong. Thanks to the superhero of the day… he’s not wearing any cape .. he wears a red cap and flies with his green tricycle … and wants to be called NONG RICHARD!!! Pumasok sya sa eksena habang nagpapatuyo kami sa waiting shed!!! We were quite hesitant accepting his offer. The resort is quite far and we might get wet if we took the trike. But I guess it was all meant to be… it was rather cheap… 50 php each going there and another 50 php for the ride back. Well OK.

 

He had some really tempting stories about undiscovered wonders in Guimaras.. tempting enough for us to decide na patulan yung hike sa nearby falls … you’ll get more of that on the next posts…. Anyway … Mr. Sunshine welcomed us with glee on the other side of the Island… My feet were surely happy while they wandered around Guam’s tangerine sand.

 

Kami lng ni Kharee ang naligo… 3 obvious reasons to explain why…

1. Ang layo ng beaches dito sa Manila!!! Daw mga buki kami!!!

2. Masyadong maputi si Mia and Morris.. takot umitim

3. Masyadong mullata si Madz… takot na lalo pang umitim!!! heheheeh

DAY 1 - Let’s get it on!! (12-12-08)

     The feeling was euphoric! It was five long years since I stepped foot in Iloilo!!! Echos!! Let’s quit the drama and start the pic marathon!!!

      Wala!!! As in wala!!! Walang nagtitext!!! We just finished a really good meal in Kharee’s house (our batch’s home if you dont wanna go home) and we’re quite perplexed na wala pang nagpaparamdam…. 11 pm.. Mia called .. quite assuring that they’ve been waiting for us in MO2 for a couple of hours already. What the??? Sure??? Well I guess so… lots of people said that we were not responding to all their texts as well… weird!! Madz was there. Na-meet ko na rin ang jowa niya na si Hal… Mia, 2ni minus her jusawamez!! Weeeeeeeee!!!! Really fun night!!! So excited to see each other after a few years. 2ni then convinced me to treat them a round of drinks and a basket of chicken (I have no idea what witchcraft she uses to force me to follow with all known weakness) … Then dumating ang chicken… not in a basket.. kundi sa isang palanggana!!!! Whoa!!!! And look!!! That’s us.. with the girls imitating my “how to hide your gilagid” pose. Purrrfect!!! Had to end the night early…(early means a couple of hours before Unang Hirit!) .. we have to prepare for whatever’s in store for the next day!!

So… I spent the entire day finishing the 2nd season of Skins. I am not completely satisfied with how it ended, but I was seriously floating during the last scenes (please exclude Effy’s close-up while lying on Tony’s bed, I have no idea what they are trying to convey with that). They didnt execute a musical montage just like what they did on the 1st season (I love that Wild World Video and I still have it on my phone by the way), and I was left disappointed upon seeing the credits.

 Oh! In case you dont know, there would be a new set of characters for the 3rd Season. I dont know if Effy’s shot on the end of the series has something to do with the next batch. I would surely miss Tony and his Crew. Especially the lovely Maxxie! By the way, where is he and Anwar going?

For those who doesnt watch the series, let me give you a heads up. I guess you guys are familiar with Gossip Girl. Well, those upper east siders doesnt get half the fun compared to these teens form Bristol!!! While the upper east siders enjoys expensive clothes, glamorous parties and attend a school for the elite, our gang from Bristol enjoys cheap thrills that would often leave bossom spasms.

Going back to the final episode —>  I dont know, but there’s something about Tony’s eyes that almost triggered tears during that scene when Sid and him had their goodbyes. The first scene was my favorite; Sid, drunk the night before, woke up on Tony’s bed. That was sooo homo-interesting.

They serve sex as icing for you to watch this series. It may be hard to believe that 16 or 17 year olds these days could get this much effin and booze. And I have no idea how these kids managed to be heavily zonked most of the time! With all those sex, drugs and stains on the blankets … I dont know how these series tragically ended.  Cut the drama!!!  They should’nt have killed Cris!!!!  Hmph!!!

Enough!! Now let’s have a moment of silence and take a good last look of our dear Maxxie.  Wherever you are right now , be always proud to wear your pink wings darlin!!!

 

 I hope they could gather a good bunch of young actors for Skin’s 2nd generation. But I dont know if they would have something new to offer. I just feel that they have dealt with enough youth issues and have already exaggerated those for the past two seasons. But I am still eager to see the newbies. More skin, more fun! heheheh

   It officially ended!!! Classes already started eh, so I guess it really is over. Though mainit pa rin, time to let it out of our system, summer’s gone pero babalik naman sya next year dabah?! heheheh

 So baket naman daw ako affected? Eto kasi yun ….. Aaaaargh… naiinis ako pag naiisip ko!!! My sisters are now back to school and they would surely harass me everyday for their allowances. They could always find a lot of good reasons just to trick the bucks out of my pocket. So that would leave me with nothing to splurge for a happy escapade!!! Echos! English!

 Those three months were very well spent though. I had too much fun, enjoyed the sun, got wet, got dirty, nagkapasa, got drunk , nag sonic swirl sa salt and chlorine water, laughed, cried, screamed, danced, nagrak-en-rol, tawa,  tawa ulet …tapos tumawa pa ng tumawa… ang saya …. di pa ako nakuntento at tumawa pa ulet!

 It might seem short ..but these 3 months would be always cherished!!!

Let’s try to look back though!  —-BLOG KO TO! walang magrereklamo kung mas marami picture ko! intiendes Mercy?!
