BEST MOVIE
300 -  Well, it would certainly not make it, but I am still crossing my fingers that it would. Given that most of the film is actually CG, there is a minimal space to praise some other aspects. I am also wondering why it was nominated given that it was just shown few months ago. I actually have no idea kung ano ang cut-off, di ko nga alam kung kailan cut-off ng sweldo ko eh!
Blades of Glory
Borat - this movie could be a surprise winner!!!!
Little Miss Sunshine - pero kung seryosohan naman, kung eto lng naman ang mga kalaban …. winner na toh!!! sa akin lng ha!! Sa lahat ng mga nominees, dito lng ako naiyak, natawa at umiyak at tumawa ng sabay!!
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest  - I guess so!…. It earned  billions of dollars ! The box-office receipts, si Jonny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley are enough reasons for it to grab the Golden Popcorn!!!  Baka magkagulo pag di nanalo!!

BEST PERFORMANCE
Gerard Butler- 300 - haaaay!!! The abs, the bulges, the roar, and the buns!!! great! great! great!!! I am still hoping for Gerard to win! But I guess not, I dont wanna hear boos from Depp's fans! Kawawa naman si gerard!
Johnny Depp- Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest - malamang! I guess! I wanna go POP!!
Jennifer Hudson- Dreamgirls - talo talo talo!! I hate her!! Kinakalaban nya ako sa pakapalan ng labi!
Keira Knightley- Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest
Beyonce Knowles- Dreamgirls
Will Smith- The Pursuit of Happyness - pinaiyak niya ko! But Smith wasnt that loud! He wasnt able to get the Golden Statue, but we dont know if he could take the Golden Popcorn home!

BREAKTHROUGH PERFORMANCE
Emily Blunt The Devil Wears Prada - uhmmmm …. relative toh ni Harry Potter n nawala sa Amerika!! She was fun! Sarap nyang sabunutan! I love her, especially the clothes!!!!!
Abigail Breslin Little Miss Sunshine (Fox Searchlight) - she touched my heart!
Lena Headey 300 (Warner Bros. Pictures) - baket andito si Lena! In case you dont know, Lena already had a starring role in "GOSSIP". Pero sumikat yung ibang cast…. James Marsden and the godess… Kate Hudson to name two!
Columbus Short Stomp the Yard (Screen Gems)
Jaden Smith The Pursuit of Happyness (Sony Pictures)
Justin Timberlake Alpha Dog - Sana matalo! But I am seeing that he would win! I was not happy with how he played the role. Kung naghubad siya ng pantalon, baka oo!!

BEST COMEDIC PERFORMANCE

Sacha Baron Cohen Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make
Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan -  Cohen was again controversial!!! The movie made a loud buzz, not to mention the harhars due to his naughty antics!!! He'll win!
Will Ferrell Blades of Glory - let him rest! para syang si Anjo Yllana sa kakornihan!
Adam Sandler Click - not as funny as Cohen… and besides, he won several times na rin naman.
Ben Stiller Night at the Museum - funny, pero not notable!
