Surprisingly, Rob and Amber was eliminated from Amazing Race All-Stars after their straight leads for the last 3 legs.
Rob and Amber was the pair to beat not until the 4th leg of the race. I am quite sure that they are shredding maps right now for the biggest mistake of their lives.
Rob can't spell Philippines and that led to their doom, throwing them out the race. Well, they have lots of opportunities to catch up, but they were totally drowned by the fact that they have wasted so much time figuring out the Road Block. They were so clueless of not recognizing their mistake. Plus, Rob was totally consumed of not getting in to the first plane to the next pitstop.
They are supposed to make a sign that would track Magellan's route in his famous expedition. They got it all right, Rob was such an expert in following Magellan's trail, but unfortunately they mispelled the name of our beloved country!!! They keep on spelling it this way… P-H-I-L-I-P-E-A-N-S!!
Are we that sort of nobody as the world completes it 360 degree turn everyday! A lot of Filipinos could spell Czechoslovakia, or in the simplest case, Filipinos could perfectly spell Misssissippi!!!
Ano na ang nangyari sa mga laban ni Pacquiao, sa pag-akyat ni Leo Oracion sa Everest, sa People Power sa EDSA, sa millenium bug, sa pumatay kay Versace, kay APL D.AP, kay Precious Lara Quigaman, kay Donita Rose, sa Abu Sayyaf, kay Erap, kay FPJ, kay Jasmine Trias, kay Mommy Imelda at sa mga call center agents na nabubuking na Filipino pala. Are they not enough to put glitter on our country's name, both with fame and shame?
At this point, dapat eh notorious na tayo sa buong mundo! Dapat alam nilang lahat i-spell ang Philippines! Maliban na lang siguro sa mga lugar na kung saan may inaampon si Angelina Jolie, may mga valid reasons sila!
Kapal naman ng mukha ko, magcomment tungkol dito! Naalala ko napagalitan ako ng teacher ko sa Philippine Economic History nung 1st yr college dahil di ko alam paano i-spell ang Philippines. I often confuse myself kung double L or double P. One Time to be sure dinoble ko silang pareho. May valid reason ako, medyo may pagka-goldfish minsan ang memory ko kaya ganun! Dahil daw yun sa madalas kong pagkakauntog sabi ng nanay ko!
Pero going back, I am not really happy with what happened to Rob and Amber. They might be nasty and arrogant sometimes but I really want to see them on the next legs of the race. Ayaw ko silang manalo given na they've won lots of prices already for a 2 reality shows. I just want them to be the race longer!
2nd reason would be because I want the cousins to be out of the race. Sharla and Myrna ( I dont know if I spelled their names right- bumabawi lng) annoy mo soooo much! As in to the highest level! Lalo na yung unano!I am so against discrimination, pero sobrang nakakainis silang magpinsan. For personal gain, eh sinasampal nila ang lahat ng tao , na hello unano ako, so dapat eh kami muna! At tsaka sobrang lakas ng loob nila to bitch around!
It might be Karma for Rod and Amber for trying to trick the Cousins. But I am totally on their side when they've done that! They were like few deadly minutes behind!!!
So good luck sa race… I'll go ahead and root for the "Beauty Queens" to win, kahit medyo tagilid sila. Well, that is whats' great about Amazing Race, you totally have no idea what would happen next!
Lesson Learned: Ang sarap sa taas! Pero Pucha, wag kang masyadong mag-enjoy dahil masakit bumagsak!
